If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

Return Process

  Log into your X10 account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your recent order.

  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via our returns portal.

  Package Device

  Secure the device in its original box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once inspected.
